Where the prestige of being a Big 4 accounting summer intern is seemingly getting closer to being a Hollywood summer intern — and DISNEY interns, I think you’re actually winning!
Yes, it seems the summer interns at PWC will not be going on a trip to Disney World to cap off their internships this summer, according to BI — something PWC interns have done in most of the past 20 years (I hear their future AI replacements got the slots instead 😬).
But on the upside, word around the intern watercooler is that there will be a pretty sweet group dinner at an Italian restaurant, which I’m sure will be just as nice.
OH: The FCC will likely soon have a 3-1 Republican majority vs. its current 2-1 setup. I’m sure they’ll get around to that mandated 5th seat by 2028.
- Although technically the term for the 1 Democrat on the FCC, Anna Gomez, ended on July 1 . . . but she’ll remain on the commission until a replacement is named, or the Trump administration finds a more, uh, “creative” solution. Better get it in before January.
