Welcome back to TV in 3, my weekly take on the industry’s latest. Today, I’ve got a look at the newest space where Netflix is bulking up, an update on the WGA’s membership meetings and an ode to the joy of the Olympics. But this just in: Congrats to Paramount, who this morning is spinning a DOJ approval as a done deal for Warner Bros., despite the tiny detail of not actually having a deal in place for the storied studio.
