☀️Box Office has 2nd worst weekend of 2022

GLOBES nominations drop / A-List production co gold rush nets Brad Pitt / “L&O” showrunner faces toxic workplace allegations

Mornin! This is Sean McNulty and here’s the Hollywood + Media news to know on MONDAY December 12, 2022.

Where I’m starting with just a brief moment of mourning for any fellow NY GIANTS fans, as the team had about as good a weekend (and past 5 weeks) as the Box Office did.

AND: GOLDEN GLOBES nominations are here (the voting period is Dec 16 to Jan 3).

ALSO: Here are your LA Film Critics winners.

  • “Mean Girls” movie musical sets main cast

  • Brad Pitt’s production co. is the latest to get a major 9-figure payday… how could any of this turn out to be a not-great return on investment?

  • Top-level layoffs hit WBD cable networks leadership

  • “Law & Order: SVU” showrunner faces history of toxic workplace allegations, and more.
