As the proprietor of a substack called “Calm Down” which is named that because of how much people hate being told that while also knowing it’s good advice, I appreciated this podcast.
A friend of mine wanted to write a book about how everyone is freaking out about everything -- climate, viruses, democracy, national debt, etc -- and wanted to call it "Everyone Please Calm Down" and his literary agent said it was a terrible title because people hate being told that.
