If the Friends Experience can continue to draw enough crowds to maintain a business on 23rd street in Manhattan… “Come have a beer where Norm sat 🍻” is worth $675k easy. Even if it’s just some dude in his (very expensive) garage.
Err whomever the winning bidder was – they only listed their initials as NP 🤷♂️.
AND: Congrats to the LAS VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS, who took home their first NHL Stanley Cup last night, just 6 years into existence. FLORIDA thus went 0 for 2 in Sports finals this Summer… but considering both teams were 8 seeds – a fun ride.
AND: My apologies for leaving out the WNBA among the remaining Summer sports on TV. You can games nationally on ABC weekend afternoons ⛹️♀️.
