Where Hollywood had a very quiet day as the town awaits the verdict as to whether they’ll be returning to face a widespread TV & Movie production strike on Monday morning, with IATSE telling its members to “Assume there will be a strike and hope there isn’t” 😳.
But… at least ADELE is here! Though be easy on her. Ok that admittedly wasn’t my finest.
ALSO: This’ll be really quick… but a lotta new trailers to check out!
AND: Not Entertainment related but just found this interesting: over 50% of AIRBNB’s business is now rentals over 1 week long, and 20% is rentals over a month. Companies insisting on a full return to office 5-day a week policy may find themselves at a bit of a hiring disadvantage.

Now that’s a title. Based on a 1961 book about a self-proclaimed psychic medium who convinces her husband to kidnap a kid so she can help the police solve the crime and achieve fame…. but somehow that plan doesn’t go as you might think. Or I guess it goes exactly how you might think.

DISCOVERY+ orders KESHA paranormal-exploration show “Conjuring Kesha”, apparently creating a new female pop-star ghost hunting genre to go with Demi Lovato’s explorations on PEACOCK.
DISNEY+ producing 18 Original series for Asia-Pacific region over the next year. Following in NETFLIX’s localized original content path… but making nowhere near the revenue of NETFLIX to support it. /THR
DISNEY+ MARVEL “Hawkeye” series will premiere with 2 of its 6 episodes on Wed Nov 24. There’s a new holiday-themed 1 minute promo for it here.

Although: Renown NEW YORKER Media journalist Ken Auletta announced his next book will be on the career of Harvey Weinstein. Will come out in July. /Axios
And: Nicholas Kristof is leaving the NY TIMES as he gets closer to a run for Governor in Oregon.
Also: The new Sam Mendes-directed show “The Lehman Trilogy” may be the hot ticket on BROADWAY this holiday season, as it got pretty uniform glowing reviews yesterday, here’s VARIETY’s.
