
With news of an imminent announcement coming of the CAA/ICM merger, an email was sent out to senior level staff last night from CAA’s CFO, Carol Sawdye. The email, sent to about 130 individuals, arrived with the subject line:
“PLEASE READ – Update meeting – Monday, 6/27 – 9:45AM PT RE: Dept Head – PROJECT IDAHO Pre-Close (P&C – Post Close Integration)”
And then the body of the text read:
“Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Following up in relation to the meeting we had on Thursday, we will have a status update at 9:45AM PST tomorrow morning. In this meeting, we will provide further information on potential timing. An invitation will follow.”
