Where following a day of 🤯 but 💯 believable testimony in DC yesterday, just a shout out to the new-ish excellent George Carlin docu on HBO(MAX) that I finished up last night.
Which for better or worse speaks quite directly to the entire Jan 6 hearings thus far, and really to this week in the country overall – even 14 years after George left us.

AND: We’re closed! In the Always Be Closing kinda way, as the CAA-ICM deal is now official (and DOJ approved). 425 ICM’ers will be joining. 105… will not, adding to the slowly growing layoff total around HOLLYWOOD.
Makes for a total new CAA head count of 3200 globally.
ICM had about a $750 Million valuation in the deal, and puts the new CAA’s “pro forma enterprise value” (🤷♂️) at $5 Billion… which definitely sounds like something someone would say if their company was not worth an actual $5 Billion.
And when you examine the Wall Street valuations for both CAA’s majority owner and say ENDEAVOR… some numbers and some questions: 🤔👇
