Where kudos to the LAS VEGAS ACES, who are one win away from their 3rd WNBA Championship in 4 seasons with their game 3 win last night over the PHOENIX MERCURY.
Meanwhile, at least the YANKEES got eliminated from the MLB playoffs just in time to be able to go to the EAGLES vs. GIANTS game tonight KNICKS games in 2 weeks.
HUH: Pat Kiernan is coming to Jersey! CHARTER set a distribution deal to include NY1 in COMCAST video packages in North Jersey & CT, plus new distro for other SPECTRUM NEWS channels on COMCAST in Florida.
PLUS: College Division I athletes may soon be able to use the money they’re being paid by their schools or from their NIL deals to further pay for their education bet on pro sports.
OH: Cristiano Ronaldo is getting another $400M for 2 years to play soccer in the Saudi league, pushing his net worth over $1.4B — another $550M of that is from the Saudis for his previous deal.
THEN: Megyn Kelly is the latest talent to get their own branded SIRIUSXM channel — she already has a show on the TRIUMPH channel, which will also remain as a podcast later released outside of SIRIUSXM.
AND: Here are your annual DISNEY theme park ticket #pricehikes to go with your now-annual October DISNEY streaming #pricehikes (October is when DISNEY’s new fiscal year begins).
OH: It’s apparently never too early for Upfronts talk — mark Monday, May 11, for NBCU’s back at Radio City.
ALSO: NETFLIX will be adding games to the service’s TV app, according to Greg Peters at the Bloomberg Screentime conference last night. The company will begin with games that can be played with others/groups (Boggle, Pictionary, etc.), and you pair your phones with your TV to play them.

Ok Tron, you’re up! Again. This is the 3rd movie in the franchise. The last one did $400M in 2010 globally, opening to $44M in the U.S. (not adjusted for inflation).
This one is tracking around $45M . . . but maybe $50M if you’re an optimist.
Or, some are indicating it’ll land in the mid/upper $30M range . . . if you’re not buying in.
