The AMPTP put you out of work for five months. As evidenced by the fact that once the companies got serious, the actual negotiations took five days. The WGA didn’t change anything between May and September, so that means it was always up to the other side to end this horrible strike.
You should include below the line crew in the "category that best describes me". I am a costume designer. i can imagine a lot of IATSE members read you too.
