Where the KNICKS won an NBA playoff series for the just the 2nd time since 2000 last night. Just letting that sink in, as the NBA’s 2nd most valuable franchise.
Not gonna say AMC NETWORKS troubles are distracting Dolan from f’ing up the team for once, but it certainly is a coincidence.
PLUS: Don Lemon, Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly and Chris Cuomo now all have 2 things in common - the new one is being represented by the same LA lawyer (Bryan Freedman) in their $$ settlements in regards to the first thing they all have in common. Bryan has also represented Chris Harrison (The Bachelor) and Mike Richards (Jeopardy!).
OH: And if you’re Elizabeth Holmes, it’s time to report to prison to start your 11-year sentence. Everyone else, carry on.

This is the mother of all Q1 Earnings Report days in one newsletter so… more bang for your buck? Yeah that’s all I got there.
COMCAST shows the Cable bundle is melting faster in Q1, and really has no idea where and if the bottom is, as Broadband enters a zero-growth phase for subscribers, and PEACOCK’s numbers improve in every way except how much $$ it’s losing.
But Jeff Shell was the Voldemort of the COMCAST Earnings Call, as no one actually mentioned his name on it.
And why you need to get to know Mike Cavanaugh.
ROKU shows signs of stabilization, although they’re not bearers of good news on the Ad market.
SIRIUSXM is still making a lot of money, but loses subs and is expecting a flat to down year… with a big mystery DtoC product launch coming in Q4 to try and get them off of their huge auto biz dependence.
META actually beat Wall Street expectations! But if you were expecting an improved profitability growth picture - yeah not so much.
META officially gets FB out of the original content business.
DISNEY layoffs Day 3 news, including a big DIS+ figure, and cuts & folding at some peripheral divisions.
WBD sets a new deal in INDIA.
NEW LINE sets leads for Ishana Shyamalan’s directorial debut.
Mrs Maisel team sets new AMAZON series.
