Where let’s have our Friday morning coffee ☕️at Jonah Hill’s “spare” house in Malibu Colony. I mean it doesn’t sound like he’s using it, as he just bought a new oceanside 🌊 property across the street (ya know, away from the riff raff).
So - he’s looking to flip this one for $15 Million after buying it for $9 Million… last year. But hey - it does have an entirely new coat of paint on it, and he did “customize the premises”. Sure it was a real dump when he got it.
AND AT THE BOX OFFICE: Place your bets on “Elvis” Week 2 now… (I’m going with $21 Million 3-day) as “Minions” is tracking around $70 Million - which feels low to me personally but 🤷♂️.
But there’s of course the “patriotic” question mark of “Top Gun” on America’s birthday as well 🎇.
EITHER WAY: Nice to have a vibrant 4th of July Box Office again isn’t it? Take that Streaming! And your…. “minutes viewed” 🙄
NOW: Onto a very busy for a Friday morning on a holiday weekend… all the stuff from the email headers above 👆 PLUS: PEACOCK axes a high profile series it ordered last year… NBC revives a CBS series… and another huge day in Sports TV rights $$$.
