Mornin! This is Sean McNulty (connect with me on LinkedIn here if ya like), and here’s the Hollywood + Media news to know on MONDAY Sept 4, 2023.
Where I hope any CAL and STANFORD fans enjoy their last season of mainly afternoon football this year… the shitshow grand reorganization of professional College Football continued on Friday, with the 2 West Coast schools joining the… Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) next season.
I’m sure flying across the country 5X each fall semester to play football will be great for both teams. Enjoy the 10 a.m. games fans!
ALSO: Who had Diplo and… Chris Rock sharing a ride in the back of a pickup truck out of the Burning Man desert fiasco on their weekend bingo card? 🤯.
PLUS: A kudos to Kristen Chenoweth and musician Josh Gibson who got married over the weekend.
AND: To Joey King and director Steven Piet who reportedly got married in SPAIN over the weekend.

DISNEY responds to CHARTER with… some broad initial language, followed by a second note on Sunday - a dive into the latest, and how… if this maintains for a few weeks, just throws a 💣 on the Sports Media ecosystem.
No Wakeup tomorrow, I’ll see you again on Weds.
NOTE: The GOLDMAN SACHS Communicopia + Tech Conference kicks off tomorrow (Tues) on the West Coast, here are the 2 chats of note:
